As an experienced doula mentor based in Kent, I support newly trained doulas as they navigate their first births with confidence and clarity. Through personalised mentoring, reflective practice, and practical guidance, I help you feel grounded and prepared—so you can focus on supporting families with care and professionalism. Whether you’re seeking reassurance, birth debriefs, or in-person guidance, my mentoring is designed to help you thrive as a new doula. I have supported and continue to support around 10 births a year on average since 2018.

Becoming a doula is a beautiful and deeply meaningful journey - but those first few births can feel daunting. I’m here to walk alongside you as an experienced doula, offering one-to-one guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support as you begin your path as a birth worker.
My mentoring provides a safe, nurturing space where you can ask questions, reflect on your experiences, and grow in confidence as you support birthing families. Whether you’re attending your very first birth or seeking to deepen your skills after training, I’m here to help you feel grounded, prepared, and supported every step of the way.

Mentorship isn’t just a one-off session - it’s a relationship. I offer ongoing guidance and check-ins so you can continue to grow as a doula.
Community
I founded the Kent Doula Collective in 2019. I include your first year in the KDC in my mentorship package. After the first year, the cost is a minimal fee to keep the website and marketing and administration running, around £30 per year, per person. For that you get access to the collaborative, supportive whatsapp group of ~45 doulas, engagement with your social media posts, a profile on the website and invitation to in person meet ups and training.
