I reached out to Sarah at @allaboutcrystalbeads a little while ago to ask her to make me a necklace.

We are doula sisters of @developingdoulas with the same doula mum @doulamaddie 😊😘 Her wise words and evident spirituality meant that when I felt flat and drained from empathy exhaustion, I contacted her to choose me the perfect necklace/forcefield.

I wanted something physical that would represent the boundaries and mental barriers that I can erect to be able to do my job to my very best.

This is what Sarah sent me. I love it. It feels so nice (I have to have tactile jewelry, cos fiddling with it is half the fun?!). It looks beautiful. And it fulfils the job of surrounding me with gorgeous protective qualities of each bead that Sarah chose for me ❤️ Thank you @doulasarahb
